Dustin Johnson Wins U.S. Open, Gets To Celebrate With Paulina Gretzky

Dustin Johnson finally broke through.

The veteran golfer shed the cumbersome title as “one of the best PGA Tour golfers never to win a major” by coming from behind Sunday afternoon to win the U.S. Open.

Despite a potentially disastrous rules issue, Johnson made birdie at 18 as Shane Lowry, who started the final round with a four-shot lead, melted down behind him on the final few holes.

Now, Johnson gets to celebrate with his family. Shortly after his birdie on the tournament’s 72nd hole, Johnson celebrated with his adorable child and fiancee, Paulina Gretzky, daughter of NHL legend Wayne Gretzky.

Basically, it’s good to be Dustin Johnson right now.
