For the second time since 2013, the NBA Finals matchup is a rematch.

The Golden State Warriors, winners of a record 73 games during the regular season, will defend their crown against the Cleveland Cavaliers when the 2016 NBA Finals begin Thursday night at Oracle Arena.

This is the 13th time the same teams have met in consecutive NBA Finals. Six of those instances involve the Boston Celtics, and the C’s are 10-2 in those series.

The good news for the Cavs is that the loser of the first series has won the rematch six of the last seven times.

Before the 2016 NBA Finals begin, let’s take a look at highlights from the previous championship rematches.
