Patriots Minicamp Attendance: Rookie Receiver Malcolm Mitchell Returns

FOXBORO, Mass. — The New England Patriots’ 2016 fourth-round draft pick was back on the field Thursday for the final day of mandatory minicamp.

Malcolm Mitchell, who missed Wednesday’s session, was a full participant in practice. He wouldn’t specify why he missed Wednesday’s minicamp session while speaking to the media after Thursday’s practice.

Tight end Clay Harbor and running back Brandon Bolden also practiced after missing Wednesday’s session.

Wide receivers Julian Edelman and Danny Amendola, cornerback Logan Ryan, running backs LeGarrette Blount and Dion Lewis, safeties Duron Harmon and Nate Ebner, linebacker C.J. Johnson, offensive linemen Tre’ Jackson, Josh Kline, Shaq Mason, Sebastian Vollmer and Nate Solder and tight ends Michael Williams and Rob Gronkowski didn’t practice. Williams tore his ACL during practice Wednesday, a team source told The Boston Globe’s Jim McBride.
