Brock Lesnar’s UFC return came with a price, and we now know what that price is.

Lesnar is guaranteed $2.5 million for fighting Mark Hunt on Saturday night at UFC 200, according to Nevada Athletic Commission data pulled by Yahoo! Sports’ Kevin Iole.

As FoxSports.com pointed out, Lesnar’s guarantee is the highest in UFC history and a staggering $1.5 million more than what Conor McGregor received for UFC 196. Lesnar also will receive money from pay-per-view sales, which should send his total haul into the stratosphere, considering what UFC 200 is expected to draw.

It’s safe to say the UFC let its money do the talking. And Lesnar, who’s also under contract with the WWE, definitely listened.
