David Price ‘Never Lost Confidence’ In Himself, Loves Shutting Opponents Out

David Price tossed a gem Sunday in Boston’s final game before the All-Star break, allowing just four hits over eight innings while tallying 10 strikeouts in a 4-0 win over the Tampa Bay Rays.

The left-hander was asked what a performance like this does for his psyche heading into a layoff, and responded by reminding everyone that he never lost confidence in his abilities.
