The 2016 ESPY Awards were filled with funny, powerful and emotional moments Wednesday, as the best in sports were honored for their achievements over the years.

The 2016 ESPYs closed with a tribute to Muhammad Ali by Chance.
10:50 p.m.: LeBron James just keeps on winning. Now he’s the best male athlete, too.
10:45 p.m.: The best female athlete is Breanna Stewart.
10:30 p.m.: Up next, Vice President Joe Biden presented TNT’s Craig Sager with the Jimmy V Award.
10:15 p.m.: Cleveland won its title, and now it has an ESPY, too.
10 p.m.: The next honor goes to three sports icons — Peyton Manning, Kobe Bryant and Abby Wambach.
9:25 p.m.: There wasn’t a dry eye in the Microsoft Theater as the ESPYs honored Zaevion Dobson with The Arthur Ashe Courage Award.

9:10 p.m.: There were plenty of good choices for play of the year, but Aaron Rodgers’ Hail Mary took the cake.
And future Hannibal Buress stole the show with his hilarious appearance.
9 p.m.: Cleveland finally won another championship, and that earned the city the best moment of the year.
8:45 p.m.:Â Let’s get caught up on a few awards.
Sgt. Elizabeth Marks and Eric Berry were the two most recent athletes honored at the ESPYs.
8:30 p.m.: The breakthrough athlete of the year is Chicago Cubs pitcher Jake Arrieta.
Tom Brady also made an appearance in a pretty funny Peyton Manning skit.
8:20 p.m.: Stephen Curry wins the first award of the night for his record-breaking performance.

8:00 p.m. The ESPYs started with an important message from NBA stars LeBron James, Chris Paul, Dwyane Wade and Carmelo Anthony about racism and violence in America.
7:30 p.m.: The stars are making their way through the ESPYs red carpet.
6 p.m. ET: Don’t you dare say there’s no sports the night after the Major League Baseball All-Star Game. We do have the 2016 ESPY Awards, after all.
Host John Cena, athletes and celebrities will be in Los Angeles on Wednesday night for ESPN’s annual awards show, which honors the best athletes and moments in sports over the past year. The event is scheduled to start at 8 p.m. ET, and you can watch it online here.
