The Miami Dolphins welcome some new faces for the 2016 season, which they hope ends somewhere other than in the AFC East basement.

Despite all their talent, the Dolphins finished 6-10 in 2015, leading to multiple changes, including bringing in new head coach Adam Gase.

Will these changes work? We’ll have to wait and see. But in the meantime, let’s look at some Dolphins you should draft, avoid and take a chance on in your fantasy football draft.

DRAFT-WORTHY
Jarvis Landry, Wide Receiver: Landry had just four receiving touchdowns last season, but he still racked up 1,157 yards. He has the chance to take a huge step forward as the Dolphins’ No. 1 receiver in Gase’s new system, so consider drafting him as your second wide receiver option as early as the third or fourth round.

Jay Ajayi, Running Back: The opportunity is there for Ajayi to become the Dolphins’ No. 1 running back, even with the addition of veteran Arian Foster. Ajayi played in just nine games as a rookie in 2015, but he has received some glowing reviews from Miami’s new coaching staff. His numbers should see a nice boost with the departure of Lamar Miller, making him perfect for tailback depth around the seventh round.

Arian Foster, Running Back: Miami didn’t sign Foster to sit on the bench if he’s healthy. He is a bit of a wild card with his recent injuries, including the torn Achilles that limited him to four games during the 2015 season. But a healthy Foster could be a huge asset for any fantasy owner this year. He likely will be used out of the backfield both as a runner and a receiver, and he should be considered around the ninth round.

Ryan Tannehill, Quarterback: If you’re picking Tannehill to be your No. 1 quarterback, then he wouldn’t exactly be a draft-worthy player. But you could do a lot worse for your backup QB. And here’s a thought: If you are picking Tom Brady and need a quarterback for the first month, why not draft Tannehill? You know he can put up quality numbers, and you can get him in one of the later rounds.

AVOID
Jordan Cameron, Tight End: Cameron played in every game for the Dolphins in 2015, yet he ranked 29th among NFL tight ends with 386 yards. Yikes. Definitely avoid him as your No. 1 tight end. Better yet, just avoid him all together.

SLEEPER
DeVante Parker, Wide Receiver: Parker missed most of the first half of his rookie season, but when he was on the field, he proved to be a nice addition to Miami’s offense. He had a total of 494 receiving yards and three touchdowns, and those numbers should increase this season. He’s likely to be drafted around the seventh round.
