Mike Trout is a stand-up guy, and he’s showed as much during his short time in Boston.
The Los Angeles Angels center fielder began his week by proposing to his longtime girlfriend, Jess Cox, which he announced Saturday on Instagram. And because Trout doesn’t do anything halfway, he did it with the help of a skywriter.
And if that wasn’t enough for the week, Trout also made a young fan’s night during the Angels’ 21-2 beatdown of the Red Sox at Fenway Park by giving him a bat.
Mike Trout will forever make the rest of us look bad.
