NBA Free Agency 2016 Live: Latest Rumors, News From Day 2 Of Contracts

Day 1 of NBA free agency was pretty crazy.

We saw the Los Angeles Lakers spend more than $100 million to lock up Timofey Mozgov and Jordan Clarkson. The Memphis Grizzlies made point guard Mike Conley the highest-paid player ever with a $153 million deal, and top free agent Kevin Durant met with the Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Clippers.

11 p.m.: Here’s a roundup of everything else that happened Saturday.

— Al Horford spurned the Atlanta Hawks to join the Boston Celtics on a reported four-year, $113 million max contract.

— The Hawks were considering trading Paul Millsap if they had re-signed Horford, but they pulled him off the block when Horford went to Boston.

— The Clippers re-signed point guard Austin Rivers to a three-year deal, and forward Wesley Johnson will be back too.

— Marvin Williams returned to the Charlotte Hornets.

— Ryan Anderson left New Orleans for the Houston Rockets. Former Pelicans teammate Eric Gordon did the same.

— Trevor Booker is getting a nice payday from the Brooklyn Nets.

— Bismack Biyombo left Toronto for the Orlando Magic.

— Arron Afflalo joined the Sacramento Kings.

3:55 p.m.: Tom Brady has been seen with the Celtics before their meeting with Kevin Durant.

11:28 a.m.: The Celtics and Wizards reportedly are the frontrunners to sign Al Horford.
