Kevin Durant no longer is a member of the Oklahoma City Thunder after he agreed to a two-year contract with the Golden State Warriors on Monday.

You can expect everything with Durant’s name and photo to be removed from Chesapeake Energy Arena in OKC over the next few days. In fact, the removal of a Durant photo outside the arena already is underway.

And it didn’t take very long for the “Crying Jordan” meme to make an appearance.

It’s a sad moment for Thunder fans. Durant was the franchise’s best player from its inception in 2008-09 after owner Clay Bennett moved the team from Seattle.

In all honesty, the team never should have left Seattle, so Thunder fans just should be grateful they have a team to root for.
