Brandon Browner’s Legion of Boom reunion tour is over.
The Seattle Seahawks confirmed Monday that they’ve cut Browner, according to The Seattle Times. The Seahawks re-signed the veteran cornerback in April, but he failed to move up the depth chart and became a roster casualty as Seattle began trimming back to 75 players.
Browner spent three seasons with the Seahawks from 2011 to 2013 before signing with the New England Patriots in free agency. He spent only one season with the Pats and signed with the New Orleans Saints before the 2015 campaign. The Saints released him over the offseason.
Browner has had success in his career, even earning a Pro Bowl selection for his work during the 2011 season. The 32-year-old is a two-time Super Bowl champion, winning one ring with Seattle and one with New England.
