This definitely is not the way Jeffrey Julmis envisioned his Olympic experience ending.
The Haitian hurdler was pretty hyped before running a semifinal heat for the 110-meter hurdles Tuesday. Then this happened.
The performance went down in infamy, even bringing one Hall of Fame athlete to tears in laughter.
But in true Olympic spirit, Julmis got up and finished the race.
