Dale Earnhardt Jr. Updates NASCAR Fans On His Concussion Symptoms

It’s been more than a month since Dale Earnhardt Jr. strapped into a race car, but it looks like he might hop back in one soon.

NASCAR’s most popular driver is out of the car with concussion-like symptoms, and has missed the last four races. But Earnhardt provided fans with an update Thursday on Instagram that should leave members of Junior Nation smiling.

Earnhardt said earlier in August that the biggest problem he has is “gazed stability,” which has to do with his balance. By the looks of his exercises, that’s what his doctors are having him focus on.

If those exercises weren’t enough, the Hendrick Motorsports driver also has to go through what looks like the setting of an eighth grade dance.

Hopefully, the driver of the No. 88’s doctor continues to see progress and Earnhardt can get back into the car safely. For now, Jeff Gordon is still strapped in, driving the car in his absence.
