Red Sox Embracing Adversity During Road Trip, Unfazed By Bizarre Schedule

Even a bizarre road trip schedule hasn’t managed to slow down the Boston Red Sox.

From Monday’s one-day stop in Cleveland to Wednesday’s rain-shortened game in Baltimore to more weather delays Saturday night, it’s been anything but a normal week for the Red Sox.

But that hasn’t fazed them, as manager John Farrell’s club has won four of its first five games on the current 11-game road trip.

Farrell and relief pitcher Matt Barnes discussed how the Red Sox have kept a winning mindset through it all. Check out what they had to say in the “Red Sox First Pitch” video above.
