Rick Porcello Leads MLB In Wins, But This Is What He Wants You To Focus On

Pretty Ricky is sitting pretty once again. Then again, he was pitching at Fenway Park on Monday, so you probably already knew that.

Boston Red Sox starter Rick Porcello earned his MLB-leading 18th win of the season in Boston’s 9-4 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays at Fenway Park, and he also improved his sparkling home record to a league-best 13-0.

But it isn’t about how great of a season Porcello is having. To him, the only thing that matters is how well the Red Sox play. He was sure to point that out and compliment the part of the team he feels is overlooked while speaking with the media after the game, as seen on NESN’s “Red Sox Final.”

Check out his comments in the video above.
