Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are making moves.
The New England Patriots quarterback and his supermodel wife are purchasing a New York apartment worth upward of $20 million, according to Page Six of the New York Post.
The five-bedroom pad, which the couple reportedly is in contract to buy, is located at 70 Vestry along the Hudson River and offers excellent views of Manhattan. It’s 5,000 square feet, located on a high floor and Brady and Gisele were attracted to the place because of its privacy, sources told Page Six.
This isn’t the first piece of property the couple has purchased in New York, as they currently own an apartment at the luxurious One Madison in Manhattan. However, they’re reportedly expected to move out of One Madison once their new apartment is finished in 2018.
The under-construction 70 Vestry building reportedly will feature an 82-foot lap pool, cycling, yoga and pilates studios, a squash court, a sauna and a steam room, meaning Brady and Gisele will have plenty of things to keep them occupied during their rare down time.
