The hot seat couldn’t be hotter for some college football coaches.

It’s Labor Day Weekend, and that means college football is back. But with it comes some high expectations for coaches, and simply making a bowl game doesn’t necessarily cut it in the SEC or the other Power Five conferences.

But, hey, if you win, all will be forgotten — until next season, at least. Yes, being a college football coach doesn’t exactly have high job security, especially for the six men we mention in our hot seat gallery.
