The Florida State Seminoles will look to continue their dominance over Louisville when they visit the Cardinals on Saturday as slim three-point favorites at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com.

Florida State climbed to No. 2 in the Top 25 following last week’s 52-8 destruction of the FCS Charleston Southern Buccaneers, leaving the team with a 2-0 straight-up record going into Saturday’s Seminoles vs. Cardinals betting matchup at Papa John’s Cardinals Stadium.

The Seminoles have owned Louisville since it joined the ACC in 2014, handing the Cardinals two losses by double-digit margins, covering the spread in each.

Louisville is off to an explosive start this season, following a crushing 70-14 win over Charlotte with a 62-28 beatdown of Syracuse last weekend, covering as a 17-point road favorite in its fourth consecutive win against the spread. The Cardinals now are 10-2 SU over their past 12 games and undefeated in six straight at home (4-2 ATS), lifting them to No. 10 in the rankings.

In another ACC clash, the Boston College Eagles look to record consecutive wins for the first time in over a year as they visit the Virginia Tech Hokies as six-point underdogs. The Eagles halted a nine-game SU losing streak with last week’s 26-7 victory over Massachusetts, covering as 17-point chalk.

The Hokies finished strong last season, going 4-1 SU and 3-2 ATS down the stretch, but haven’t covered in two contests this season, including last week’s 45-24 loss to Tennessee in which they were pegged as 11-point underdogs.

No. 25 Miami looks to climb the rankings as it visits the Appalachian State Mountaineers for the first time in program history, pegged as narrow 3.5-point chalk.

The Hurricanes surrendered just 13 total points in a pair of SU and ATS home wins to start the campaign, but they face a pesky Mountaineers squad that went 11-2 SU last season, and dominated the Old Dominion Monarchs in a 31-7 win last week.

However, Appalachian State is winless in its past four games against ACC opponents, including a 41-10 loss to Clemson as 18.5-point underdogs last season, and a 66-13 defeat at the hands of the Hokies in 2011.

In other Week 3 action around the ACC, the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets host the Vanderbilt Commodores as 6.5-point chalk, and the Pittsburgh Panthers visit the struggling Oklahoma State Cowboys as six-point underdogs.

The Orange look to rebound when they visit the USF Bulls as 14.5-point favorites, the North Carolina State Wolfpack host the Monarchs as 21.5-point chalk, and the Duke Blue Devils take on the Northwestern Wildcats as four-point road underdogs.
