It appears Conor McGregor is taking his fight to the wide world of video games.

The UFC star has a bit of down time after his thrilling win over Nate Diaz at UFC 202. And he’s making use of that time by pursuing a bit of a different venture: Playing a major role in the upcoming “Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare” video game.

McGregor will serve as the protagonist in the latest installment of the popular video game franchise, starring alongside “Game of Thrones” actor Kit Harington, who will play the lead villain.

McGregor and Harington will be the latest celebrities to appear in “Call of Duty,” as Kevin Spacey was the first actor to appear in the first-person shooter in 2014.

We’d imagine “The Notorious” would prefer to have Diaz be his enemy instead of the guy who plays Jon Snow, but this still is a pretty cool opportunity for the popular UFC fighter.

“Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare” is scheduled to hit the shelves Nov. 4.
