The final stop on David Ortiz’s farewell tour is a familiar one.

The Boston Red Sox play host to the Toronto Blue Jays this weekend in what will be Big Papi’s last regular-season series at Fenway Park.

Red Sox fans have seen No. 34 perform a number of heroics at Fenway, starting with his big walk-off hits in Games 4 and 5 of the 2004 ALCS that led the team to its first World Series title in 86 years.

Big Papi’s flair for the dramatic continued into 2013 when he hit a game-tying grand slam against the Detroit Tigers in Game 2 of the 2013 ALCS.

In his career, Ortiz has 221 home runs and 839 RBI with a .310 average at Fenway. More impressively, when including the postseason, he has 20 walk-off hits at Fenway, 12 of which have been home runs.

But Ortiz’s biggest moment at Fenway came early in the 2013 season, when his famous “This is our city” speech helped a wounded city heal following the Boston Marathon bombing.
