Kaley Cuoco’s love of horses led her to find a new human love interest.
Cuoco, best known for playing Penny on CBS’ “The Big Bang Theory,” is a well-known horse enthusiast, and she even has entered equestrian competitions on her horse, Santos. Horse riding seemed like perfect therapy for Cuoco, who recently split from tennis player Ryan Sweeting, her husband for less than two years, but it also connected her with new boyfriend Karl Cook, an equestrian professional.
“When you share something so special, some sort of connection — for us, it’s horses, but anything two people share — you have that common goal and you know that you want the same things in life, day to day, and in the future,” Cuoco recently told PEOPLE magazine, before adding: “It just sets you on a better path. Having a lot in common is really important and we definitely have a lot in common. I think that that’s what makes us so strong and really happy.”
One look at Cuoco’s Instagram page — which is filled with pictures of Cook and horses — and you’ll see just how strong and happy the new couple is.
