BOSTON — The Red Sox finally are back home, but the road ahead doesn’t get any easier.

Fresh off Sunday’s big win over the Blue Jays in Toronto, the Sox return to Fenway Park on Monday to begin a three-game series with the American League East rival Baltimore Orioles.

Both the Blue Jays and Orioles sit just two games behind Boston in the AL East, and Baltimore enters having won six of its last nine games.

David Price is on the mound for the Red Sox seeking his seventh consecutive win, which would be the longest streak of his career. The left-hander is 5-0 with a 1.85 ERA in his last five starts.

Boston will see a familiar face in left-hander Wade Miley, who spent the 2015 season with the Red Sox and is just 1-4 since being traded from the Seattle Mariners to the Orioles at Major League Baseball’s non-waiver trade deadline.

Aaron Hill and Chris Young are back in Boston’s lineup Monday, with Hill playing third base and batting sixth and Young manning left field and batting seventh.
