It’s only Week 1, but plenty of fantasy football owners already are worrying about injuries.

New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski probably is the biggest injured star out there, and he apparently won’t play in the Pats’ opener.

So what does that mean for fantasy owners? Find out that and more as we take a look at a few notable players and their injury statuses for Week 1.

Rob Gronkowski, TE, New England Patriots
It appears the Pats will be without Gronk (hamstring) in their Week 1 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. He’s listed as questionable but reportedly didn’t fly with the team and will be a no-go Sunday. So make sure you switch out Gronk for your backup tight end or pick up a free agent.

Tyler Eifert, TE, Cincinnati Bengals
Unlike Gronkowski, Eifert already has been ruled out for the opener due to a foot injury and he likely won’t return for a few more weeks. So make sure you put Eifert on the bench and keep him there until he comes back.

Chris Ivory, RB, Jacksonville Jaguars
Ivory’s calf injury might not heal enough for him to play in time for the Jaguars’ Week 1 matchup with the Green Bay Packers, as he officially was listed as questionable. Ivory already was a risky start due to him likely splitting snaps with T.J. Yeldon.

Jamaal Charles, RB, Kansas City Chiefs
Charles (knee) hasn’t been ruled out, but coach Andy Reid told reporters Friday that he probably won’t play against the San Diego Chargers. So if you also have Charcandrick West, now would be a good time to start him.

Jimmy Graham, TE, Seattle Seahawks
Graham officially is listed as questionable, but unlike most of the names so far, he’s expected to play in Week 1. Whether or not you should start Graham after his rough 2015 season is a whole different story, though.

Thomas Rawls, RB, Seattle Seahawks
Rawls is expected to be the Seahawks’ No. 1 running back when he’s healthy, but that won’t happen in Week 1. Instead, Christine Michael will start at tailback for the Seahawks, as Rawls recovers from an ankle injury.
