FOXBORO, Mass. — Good news, Patriots fans: New England’s star tight end was back on the practice field Tuesday.

Rob Gronkowski, who missed practice Sunday, was present and participating in practice five days out from the Patriots’ season opener against the Arizona Cardinals. Linebacker Barkevious Mingo also returned to the field, as the Patriots had perfect attendance, sans newly acquired defensive back Eric Rowe.

All 10 Patriots practice-squad players, including running back Bishop Sankey, also were in attendance.

The Patriots wore shells and shorts for the session.
