Tom Brady Congratulates Patriots Teammates In ‘Angry Birds’ Facebook Post

The New England Patriots knocked off the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday night, and you’d better bet Tom Brady had a Facebook post ready to commemorate the occasion.

Minutes after a missed field-goal attempt by Chandler Catanzaro clinched a 23-21 victory for the Patriots, the suspended quarterback chimed in with a Photoshopped newspaper page congratulating his teammates on the season-opening win.

It’s safe to say Brady is much better at playing quarterback than he is at math, as both teams’ scorelines don’t add up, but the sentiment is there, with Patriots linebacker Dont’a Hightower and tight end Martellus Bennett taking care of the Cardinals.

Brady’s understudy, Jimmy Garoppolo, shined Sunday night in his first NFL start, completing 24 of 33 passes for 264 yards and one touchdown.
