A college athlete who allegedly committed a heinous crime still might take the field this weekend.

Don Hill and Osa Masina are linebackers for the USC football team. According to reports from Deadspin and TMZ, police are looking into two incidents in which both Hill and Masina allegedly drugged and raped a woman in July.

Both the Cottonwood Heights (Utah) and Los Angeles police departments are investigating Masina for those sexual assaults, per Deadspin. USC suspended him Tuesday.

According to a search warrant obtained by TMZ, Masina recorded himself and Hill assaulting the victim, and used Snapchat to send videos and pictures to the victim’s ex-boyfriend, who is a football player at Arizona.

From the warrant, via TMZ:

After the frat party, the woman claims she was taken to Hill’s apartment — but insists she was “out of it” due to the Xanax and the booze. However, she remembers smoking weed.

“The next thing the victim recalls is having sex with Osa Chad Masina,” the search warrant says.

The woman told police she found out after the fact that the players sent pictures and videos of the assault. Two weeks later, it happened again, this time while Masina and the victim were partying in Utah.

From TMZ:

The woman claims she passed out and awoke to see him on top of her, engaging in anal sex with her. She also says he forced oral sex.

The woman says she woke up the next morning in pain and went to police, and a rape kit was administered.

Hill remains on USC’s roster and is scheduled to play Saturday in the team’s season opener against Alabama, according to Deadspin.
