The final chapter in David Ortiz’s storybook career is upon us.
The Boston Red Sox slugger will play the final three regular-season games of his career this weekend in a series against the Toronto Blue Jays that begins Friday at Fenway Park.
The Red Sox plan to honor Ortiz throughout the weekend, and the first major event will be a pregame ceremony for Big Papi on Friday shortly before first pitch.
