Week 5 of the NFL season began Thursday night with the Arizona Cardinals defeating the San Francisco 49ers. If you’re already off to a bad start in your fantasy football league, it might be a good idea to look at the waiver wire for reinforcements.

Here’s a list of last-minute add/drops for Week 5.

ADDS
Brian Hoyer, QB, Chicago Bears
If you have a quarterback on a bye this week or your starter is dealing with an injury, Hoyer isn’t a bad short-term replacement. He completed 28 of 36 passes for 302 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in a Week 4 win, and he has quality receivers to target in Alshon Jeffery and Eddie Royal.

DeAndre Washington, RB, Oakland Raiders
The rookie running back has played well this season (6.4 yards per carry) and even has shown an ability to be a receiver out of the backfield with three catches for 16 yards in Week 4. His increased workload makes him an intriguing add, even if he doesn’t make a real impact until later in the season.

Robert Woods, WR, Buffalo Bills
Sammy Watkins missed Sunday’s win over the New England Patriots, and as expected, Woods benefited with additional targets from quarterback Tyrod Taylor. Woods had seven catches for 89 yards on a season-high 10 targets against a talented Patriots secondary.

Hunter Henry, TE, San Diego Chargers
Henry hauled in nine receptions for 133 yards in Week 4, and with Antonio Gates still questionable for Sunday’s game against the Oakland Raiders despite not playing last week, it’s time to pick up and start the rookie tight end.

Los Angeles Rams Defense
The Rams forced five turnovers against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 4, and they’ve produced seven turnovers over the last two weeks. They also allowed a combined 16 points to two talented teams in the Seattle Seahawks (Week 2) and the Cardinals (Week 4). Next, L.A. will play a Bills offense that scored just 16 points against a Patriots defense that lacked a consistent pass rush and had an unusually bad coverage game in Week 4.

DROPS
Kenyan Drake, RB, Miami Dolphins
The rookie shows promise, but he’s just not receiving enough touches to be fantasy relevant each week. He had two carries last week, zero in Week 1 and two in Week 2.

Golden Tate, WR, Detroit Lions
Tate has been one of the most disappointing players in all of fantasy football this season. His season high for receiving yards in a game is 41, and he had only one catch for four yards during a Week 4 loss to the Chicago Bears. Tate also hasn’t scored a touchdown through four games.

Kevin White, WR, Chicago Bears
White has so much talent, but his inability to stay healthy is a huge concern for fantasy owners. He’s now on injured reserve with an ankle injury and might miss an extended period of time, per reports. It’s time to drop White and find a more durable wideout on the waiver wire.

Tajae Sharpe, WR, Tennessee Titans
Sharpe was a popular waiver-wire add after tallying 76 receiving yards in Week 1. But in the last three games, he has totaled just 96 yards, and he hasn’t found the end zone in any game.

New York Jets Defense
The Jets have given up 26.25 points per game, and in Week 5, they will play arguably the league’s best offense in the Pittsburgh Steelers, who just shredded a very good Kansas City Chiefs defense in a blowout victory Sunday night.
