Formula One fans are used to racing as — or against — Lewis Hamilton in Codemasters’ “F1 2016,” but soon they will be able to fight alongside the three-time world champion in the new “Call of Duty” game.

A recent report from French news outlet M6 showed Hamilton on a soundstage in Los Angeles reading lines and acting out certain motions for “Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare,” according to Motorsport.com.

“I loved it,” Hamilton told M6, via Motorsport.com. “It was a great experience, (and) I am incredibly honored to be part of this game. I’ve been a fan for years.”

The Brit will reportedly appear in six scenes, and have lines such as, “Captain, news reports coming on about the gateway if you want to join us,” and, “I’m right behind you,” according to Eurogamer.net.

This isn’t Hamilton’s first time in the recording booth. It’s well-known Hamilton likes to record his own music, but he also offered his voice for part of Disney Pixar’s “Cars 2.”

Between his cameo in “Cars 2,” “Zoolander 2” and now “Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare,” it looks like Hamilton might be laying the groundwork for a post-F1 acting career (though, probably not).
