Martellus Bennett Botches Celebratory Spike After Tom Brady Touchdown Pass

CLEVELAND — If Martellus Bennett is going to keep catching touchdown passes for the New England Patriots, he’s going to need to work on his celebration game.

Bennett attempted to throw down an emphatic spike after the first of his two first-half touchdown receptions Sunday and … well, let’s just say he’s no Rob Gronkowski in that department.

Bennett added a third touchdown reception from quarterback Tom Brady early in the third quarter. That brought the tight end’s season total to four — more than all other Patriots pass-catchers combined.
