Week 6 is upon us, which means another chance to climb higher in your fantasy football league’s standings or pull yourself out of the basement. It helps to have good advice, too, which is why we broke down the best players to start and sit this weekend.

Check out our Week 6 starts and sits below.

START
Quarterback: Carson Palmer, Arizona Cardinals
Palmer still is in the concussion protocol, but all signs point to him starting Monday night against a New York Jets defense that’s gotten torched for seven passing touchdowns in its last two games.

Running Back: Christine Michael, Seattle Seahawks
Michael is well-rested off Seattle’s bye and gets a solid home matchup against the Atlanta Falcons, who have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing RBs this season.

Wide Receiver: Jeremy Maclin, Kansas City Chiefs
The Oakland Raiders give up a ton of passing yards, and Maclin has been Alex Smith’s No. 1 target this year. The veteran wideout also has three touchdowns in the teams’ last two meetings.

Wide Receiver: Sammie Coates, Pittsburgh Steelers
Coates has 218 receiving yards and two touchdowns in his last two games, and the Miami Dolphins’ secondary is mediocre at best. Ride the hot hand.

Tight End: Coby Fleener, New Orleans Saints
Fleener is due for a bounce-back week, and there’s a good chance he finds pay dirt against a Carolina Panthers defense that’s allowed four touchdowns to opposing tight ends in five games.

SIT
Quarterback: Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons
No NFL defense has allowed fewer fantasy points to QBs than the Seattle Seahawks. That’s who Ryan will have to face on the road in potentially rainy conditions. You probably can do better.

Running Back: Jeremy Hill, Cincinnati Bengals
Hill’s underwhelming 2016 campaign should continue Sunday against the New England Patriots, who haven’t allowed a rushing touchdown since Week 2.

Wide Receiver: DeSean Jackson, Washington Redskins
A revenge game likely isn’t in the cards for Jackson against a Philadelphia Eagles defense that’s been able to limit big plays during the team’s 3-1 start.

Wide Receiver: Jeremy Kerley, San Francisco 49ers
Kerley has come up big in back-to-back weeks, which only can mean one thing: a regression to the mean against a Buffalo Bills defense that’s allowed just two receiving touchdowns all season.

Running Back: Rashad Jennings, New York Giants
We don’t quite trust Jennings in his first game back from a three-week absence, especially against the Baltimore Ravens, who are allowing just 3.6 yards per carry on the ground this year.
