NFLPA Won’t Pursue Deflategate Appeals After Consulting With Tom Brady

It appears we officially can say goodbye to Deflategate.

The drama basically has been over for a while after Tom Brady decided not to appeal the U.S. Court of Appeals’ decision to reinstate his four-game Deflategate suspension in the offseason, but the NFL Players’ Association still had the option to pursue further legal action in the case.

But the NFLPA tweeted Sunday shortly before Brady’s suspension expired at midnight that it is done after talking with Brady.

So there you have it, folks: Deflategate is history.

And now it’s on to Cleveland, with TB12 ready to awaken.
