Redskins Coach Pays Hilarious Price For Chest Bump With Huge D-Lineman

Most times, a team forcing an opponent to punt results in a positive, pain-free celebration.

This was not one of those times.

Washington Redskins defensive tackle Chris Baker helped his team earn a stop Sunday against the Baltimore Redskins by getting to quarterback Joe Flacco on third down. Naturally, Baker wanted someone to celebrate with, and as he ran toward the sideline, he settled on defensive line coach Robb Akey.

Things didn’t work out so well for Akey.

Baker absolutely bulldozed his poor coach with what he probably thought was a routine chest bump. Then again, Baker is conservatively listed at 6-foot-2, 333 pounds, so Akey probably should have realized this was a bad idea.

If there was any pain involved for either party, though, it likely was eased by Washington’s 16-10 win at M&T Bank Stadium, which improved the club to 3-2 on the season.
