Even the Rolex wearing, diamond ring wearing, kiss stealing, wheeling, dealing, limousine riding, jet flying son of a gun can’t help but gush over arguably the greatest quarterback in NFL history.
Ric Flair met Tom Brady this past February during the University of Michigan football program’s signing day, and The Nature Boy left as an even bigger fan of the New England Patriots quarterback than he already was.
âIâll admit it,â Flair recently told SI.com. âI have a man crush on Tom Brady.
âEverybody loves to hate Tom Brady, but I love to love him. He is the best. He is so damn good. I wouldnât be surprised if they win their fifth ring this year.â
Flair is a wrestling icon. He’s a legend of the sports entertainment industry. But Brady is a four-time Super Bowl champion and one of the most recognizable faces in America. Flair was somewhat surprised when Brady wanted a photo with him when they first met.
“I met him at Harbaughâs recruiting deal, and someone asked if I wanted to meet Brady, but I didnât know him and thought he may not be overwhelmed with The Nature Boy,” Flair told SI.com. “He actually asked me for a picture, and he couldnât have been nicer.”
Seems like the two legends have a great appreciation for each other’s work. Woooooo!
