The Montreal Canadiens got the last laugh Tuesday.

The Boston Bruins built an early two-goal lead in the teams’ preseason contest at Videotron Centre in Quebec City, but the Canadiens scored four of the final five tallies to top Boston 4-3.

The last of those strikes came on a nice effort by Daniel Carr with just under five minutes remaining in regulation.

The Bruins’ goals were scored by Ryan Spooner, Christian Ehrhoff and Austin Czarnik.

Tuukka Rask stopped 22 of the 26 shots he faced.

Up next for the Bruins is a preseason matchup with the Columbus Blue Jackets on Thursday.
