The upstart Tennessee Volunteers have been one of the most pleasant surprises of the 2016 college football season, but they could be staring two consecutive losses in the faces come Saturday night against No. 1 Alabama.
The No. 12 Vols lost to Texas A&M last week, while the Crimson Tide continued to roll despite giving up boatloads of points recently. Tennessee will have to take advantage of any opportunities it gets and hold on to the football, something it’s struggled with lately, if it has any chance of stealing an upset victory.
