Wednesday night will be a first for Zane McIntyre.
The Bruins goaltender will make his first ever NHL start, as he’ll try to help Boston get back in the win column against the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden.
The Bruins lost their third straight game Tuesday night in an ugly 5-0 home defeat against the Minnesota Wild. Malcolm Subban got the start with Tuukka Rask and Anton Khudobin unavailable, but he was pulled in favor of McIntrye in the second period.
