North Carolina and Miami will fight for a legitimate place in the Atlantic Coast Conference’s Coastal Division when they square off Saturday.
Both the Tar Heels and the 16th-ranked Hurricanes are coming off a loss — Miami took a tough 20-19 loss to FSU, and UNC was blown out by Virginia Tech 34-3 — so both teams will look to make up for their last matchups. On top of that, at 2-1 and 1-1 in the ACC, respectively, UNC and Miami both need to win to hold onto hope in the conference standings.
