The Cleveland Cavaliers were honored Thursday at the White House, and they all showed up in their best formal attire. Even J.R. Smith.
The Cavs shooting guard went on quite a few shirtless escapades in June after Cleveland won its first NBA Championship, including partying in Las Vegas after Game 7 against the Golden State Warriors, riding through the Cavs’ victory parade and even playing a round of golf. But Smith kept his shirt on for his trip to Washington, D.C., and President Barack Obama was thankful for the gesture.
You can’t really come back from a roasting by the leader of the free world, but, hey, at least Smith’s an NBA champ.
