Bruins Set The Tone Early In Convincing Home Win Over Winnipeg Jets

You wouldn’t blame the Boston Bruins for coming out a bit sluggish Saturday night in their first game home from a three-game road trip. But they did just the opposite.

The Bruins scored three goals in the second period en route to a 4-1 rout of the Winnipeg Jets at TD Garden. And while they didn’t get on the board in the first 20 minutes, the B’s made their presence felt early with some quality chances to gain the momentum in front of the home crowd.
