Long-time rivalries will be renewed across the ACC in the final weekend of the regular season, starting on Friday when the North Carolina Tar Heels play host to the North Carolina State Wolfpack as 11.5-point favorites at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com.

North Carolina enters Friday afternoon’s matchup at Kenan Stadium deadlocked with Virginia Tech atop the ACC Coastal Division standings with a 5-2 conference record. However, with the Hokies holding the tiebreaker edge, the Tar Heels need a victory to maintain any chance of repeating as division champs.

The Tar Heels have won four of five, straight up and against the spread, but have produced a middling 3-3 ATS record at home this season.

The Wolfpack, meanwhile, have recorded just one SU win in their past six, going 3-3 ATS, and are just 1-3 in their past four against North Carolina. However, North Carolina State is 3-1 SU and ATS in its past four road dates with the Tar Heels.

Elsewhere, the Clemson Tigers renew their century-old rivalry with South Carolina when they host the Gamecocks on Saturday night in this year’s Palmetto Bowl as 24-point chalk.

The Tigers continue to cling to the No. 4 spot on the College Football Playoff rankings following last week’s 35-13 win at Wake Forest as 24-point chalk, but have failed to cover in four of their last five games.

The Gamecocks have won four of five overall, but have failed to cover in four of six and are winless SU in three on the road. South Carolina also has dropped two straight to the Tigers, but has covered in eight of its last 10 against their cross-state rivals.

No. 11 Louisville will try to recover from last week’s 36-10 loss to Houston that crushed its narrow CFP aspirations, as it takes on the Kentucky Wildcats in the teams’ annual Governor’s Cup matchup as 26-point betting favorites.

The 9-2 Cardinals are undefeated SU at home this season, but are 2-5 ATS in their past seven. However, Louisville has dominated the rival Wildcats in five straight wins, 4-1 ATS.

And No. 14 Florida State looks for a fourth straight victory over No. 15 Florida as it hosts the Gators on Saturday night as 7.5-point chalk. The Seminoles have improved their conference record to 5-3 with three straight victories, but are just 2-3 ATS in their last five games at home. The Gators have won five of six, but failed to cover in three of four.

In other ACC action, the Boston College Eagles visit the Wake Forest Demon Deacons as 3-point underdogs, while the Hokies host the Virginia Cavaliers as 18.5-point chalk.
