FanDuel Week 9 Lineup: Best Player Picks In DFS Fantasy Football
Week 9 is right around the corner, and if you’re struggling to fill the bye week void in your season-long fantasy football league, you might want to give FanDuel’s daily fantasy games a whirl.

Quarterback: Andrew Luck, Indianapolis Colts ($8,000)
Luck should be throwing early and often this weekend, as the Green Bay Packers boast the NFL’s best run defense but have been middle of the, err, pack against the pass.
Running Backs: Carlos Hyde, San Francisco 49ers ($7,000); Devontae Booker, Denver Broncos ($7,000)
Hyde still is dealing with a minor shoulder issue, but he’s coming off a bye and has an excellent matchup against the New Orleans Saints, who have allowed 1,080 total yards and 13 touchdowns to opposing running backs through eight games.
Booker should see a heavy workload against a similarly porous Oakland Raiders defense and has scored in both games since taking over for the injured C.J. Anderson as Denver’s go-to back.
Wide Receivers: Dez Bryant, Dallas Cowboys ($7,800); Jarvis Landry, Miami Dolphins ($7,600); Davante Adams, Green Bay Packers ($7,100)
Bryant broke out for 113 yards and a touchdown last Sunday and could be in line for another big game against the 0-8 Cleveland Browns.
Landry is the focal point of Miami’s passing attack and should see plenty of targets versus an aging Darrelle Revis and the New York Jets’ subpar secondary.
The Packers appear fully committed to the pass in Eddie Lacy’s absence, and Adams has benefited with 25 catches in his last two games. Expect more balls coming his way against the Colts’ shaky D.
Tight End: Antonio Gates, San Diego Chargers ($5,500)
Gates found the end zone last week and has the chance for more production this week against a Tennessee Titans defense allowing the ninth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends this season.
Kicker: Justin Tucker, Baltimore Ravens ($4,900)
Tucker has racked up six field goals in his last two games and should get plenty of opportunities at home against the less-than-stingy Pittsburgh Steelers.
Defense: Kansas City Chiefs ($5,100)
The Jackonsville Jaguars just fired their offensive coordinator and look like a disaster on that side of the ball. That bodes well for a Chiefs defense that’s recorded at least one sack, one interception and one fumble recovery in each of its last three games.
