Minor league baseball teams receive plenty of attention for their, well, interesting names — there are the Lansing Lugnuts, Montgomery Biscuits, Akron Rubber Ducks and Richmond Flying Squirrels, among many othersĀ — and another one just arrived on the scene.

The Jacksonville Suns, the Miami Marlins’ Double-A affiliate, announced Tuesday that they were changing the name the team’s had since 1962, and it’s a great makeover.

Ladies and gentlemen, meet the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp…

Jumbo Shrimp doesn’t really elicit feelings of toughness, butĀ Jacksonville’s version looks like one you would not want to mess with. Owner Ken Babby said the change was all about moving in the same direction as other MiLB teams.

ā€œThereā€™s something fun and quirky about minor league team names,ā€ Babby said Tuesday, per The Florida Times-Union. ā€œIn our league alone, you have the (Pensacola) Wahoos and Biscuits. When people see this logo and hear the name for the first time, theyā€™ll see this experience is all about fun.ā€
