Jake Allen Robs David Krejci With One Of His 39 Saves In Blues’ 4-2 Win

The Boston Bruins had a high-quality chance to tie the game late in Thursday’s 4-2 loss to the St. Louis Blues, but Jake Allen made sure that didn’t happen.

Matt Beleskey applied pressure on Blues defenseman Kevin Shattenkirk, who turned the puck over to David Krejci out in front. Krejci was moving away from the net, although he still got plenty on his shot, but Allen, who made 39 stops in total, made an impressive save with his blocker.
