The Los Angeles Rams need to jump-start a struggling offense, and they finally will make a change at quarterback in hopes of turning around their season.

Jared Goff, whom the Rams selected No. 1 overall in April’s NFL draft, will make his pro debut in Week 11 against the Miami Dolphins. L.A. owns a disappointing 4-5 record entering Sunday.

Case Keenum has not played well as the Rams’ starting quarterback through the first nine games, throwing for 2,169 yards with nine touchdowns and 11 interceptions. The Rams average 15.4 points per game, the lowest scoring output of any team, and they’ve scored 10 or less points a league-high five times.

Goff will join a long list of rookies who’ve started this season, and the results have been mixed so far.
