The Houston Astros picked up one of the better free agents on the market.

Right fielder Josh Reddick agreed Thursday to a four-year, $52 million contract with the ‘Stros, per Yahoo! Sports and ESPN. Reddick’s agreement is subject to a physical.

The 29-year-old, who spent the first three seasons of his major league career with the Boston Red Sox, missed 47 games due to a fractured thumb in May and another finger injury in August but still put up respectable numbers. Reddick batted .281 with 10 home runs and 37 RBIs in 115 games between the Oakland Athletics and Los Angeles Dodgers.
