We hope we’re invited to Matt DiBenedetto’s party.

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver used the season coming to a close Sunday as an opportunity to have some much-needed oral surgery performed. The driver of the No. 83 Toyota had his wisdom teeth removed, and showed he has a sense of humor about himself, too.

As we saw with “David After Dentist” in 2009, dental surgery leaves people feeling extremely loopy, and DiBenedetto was no exception.

The 25-year-old decided to stream his recovery on Facebook Live, answering questions about partying, golf and even auditioning for “American Idol.”

DiBenedetto started to gain a larger following throughout the course of the year, performing renditions of Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off” and also embracing the campaign to change his last name to “DiBurrito.”

Never change, Matt.
