The 2017 NFL Draft stillĀ is several months away, but preparations for the first round are well underway in scouting offices around the league.

One interesting focus of this draft class will be on the quarterbacks, mainly because of how weak the group is. There aren’t any can’t-miss prospects like Andrew Luck or even Jameis Winston, but three QBs — Notre Dame’s DeShone Kizer, Clemson’s Deshaun Watson and North Carolina’s Mitch Trubisky — likely will be picked in Round 1.

Will we see a team take a risk and reach for one of these quarterbacks in the first half of Round 1? Or will one of them drop and allow a team to make a great value pick in the bottom half of the round?

Here’s our secondĀ 2017 NFL mock draft.
