It isn’t quite Super Bowl XLIX, but Tom Brady still is amped to play the Seattle Seahawks.
Brady and the New England Patriots welcome the Seahawks to Gillette Stadium on Sunday night in a much-anticipated matchup between two of the NFL’s best teams. Brady apparently is feeling restless ahead of the game, because he took to Facebook on Sunday afternoon to get fans ready with a simple yet powerful post.
Brady isn’t exactly telling Patriots fans to get “lubed up”, but his reference to Gillette Stadium’s maximum capacity suggests he’s expecting the crowd to be out in full force.
With New England coming off a bye and playing one of its biggest games of the season to date against the 5-2-1 Seahawks, we’d say that’s a pretty safe bet.
