Remember the fear that Tom Brady would need some time to look like himself again after missing a month of practice and games with a four-game suspension? It turns out he didn’t.

Brady won AFC Offensive Player of the Month in October based off his first four games post-suspension. The Patriots are 4-0 in that span, and Brady completed 98 of 134 passes for 1,319 yards with 12 touchdown passes and no interceptions. He’s completing 73.1 percent of his passes with 9.8 yards per attempt and a 133.9 passer rating. He leads the NFL in completion percentage, touchdown percentage, interception percentage, yards per attempt, passer rating and QBR.

He also managed to rush for 44 yards on 10 attempts, averaging a career-high 4.4 yards per carry.

Brady is the presumptive favorite to win NFL MVP despite missing four games.
